Voteroom: Realtime Election Vote Counting Application
Voteroom is a free Android application developed by DPD PDI Perjuangan Jawa Tengah for calculating the election vote count. It is designed for use in various types of elections, ranging from the presidential and vice-presidential elections to the local council elections. The application works in real-time, and it allows the data entered by the polling station witnesses to be instantly sent to the server. This ensures that the data is accurate and reliable with a margin error of only 2%.
Voteroom is equipped with an indicator feature that is used to detect whether the polling station witness has entered the data correctly. This makes monitoring and controlling the election process more efficient and effective. The application also utilizes the Application Programming Interface (API) provided by the KPU to ensure the validity of the number of voters.
